227. Superlove

That is my ridiculously good smoothie!

A layer of banana-strawberry, blended raspberry and strawberry, cream then topped with some frozen strawberry! Mmmm!

Now that is a word I use one time too many "Superlove" its like my trademark "Awesomecakes" "Poompkinpie" and (insert 10 more made up pet names for the Booblelyboo)

If I can't swear and curse, I can come up with my own lingo.

I would like to update you all with something awesome and worthwhile but well, that didn't happen this weekend. 

I spend a good part of today making Birthday invites for the little girl I babysit. I am not completely done with it yet, but when it is done... it is going to be a fantaboloustic! I'll show a picture when I upload them on the comp!

It is basically a ballerina invite with organza cut skirt out to give a 3D effect of a real tutu! Its Superlove!

I made that! Children hamburger, layered with all possible random mix

Besides that, I have just been planning on my great baking adventure tomorrow! I am going to make some lemon squares because the last batch turned out awesome! Then I am going to keep my idea of also making  some pineapple tarts to keep into the Chinese New Year mood!

And Marius is going to come and help and we are going to eat some burritos and have a good time! :)

So, can someone explain why he finds the need made a public apology? 

Let alone, no cheater has ever made an apology sincere enough, what makes this one any different? Its just a bunch of words carefully scripted and spoken.

Just like Elizabeth Edwards say during an Oprah interview (wife of John Edwards, who is also another woman who's husband had been unfaithful) 

"Where are a woman's respect for other woman these days?"

You knew he was married and carried on having a relationship?

I despise people like that. Just as much as I despise the one who cheated! 
Because you knew, and you didn't stop it. It is a vicious cycle. 

Edit : Ugh! Cheating people who just dont get it is so annoying!

If you ask me, the media should now stop focusing on them too, because we do have much more important issues at hand.

And Elin should just hire a darn good lawyer and take everything she can. If he does it once, he will/can do it again

Then again, who am I to say all these right :)

225. Weekend!

Its the weekend! Like we didn't already know that Lisa...

I was thinking I could either head out for a movie with or sit at home and watch Amelie.

Oh and with that said, I am also planning on making some Pineapple tarts just so I get into the whole Chinese New Year mode! There is still 8 days to the CNY!

I remember I used to love eating those pineapple tarts when I was younger, that and kuih Semperit/Ghee/Suji/Kuih Kapit/insert all possible festive cookies, etc etc

You name it, I love it!

*I am starting to get backlogged recipe blog posts now...

So, I have to improvise and make my very own makeshift mini celebration!

224. Sheer

I bought a bunch of sheer clothing pieces last summer and this summer but never actually had the opportunity to wear them! 

I guess I was a bit shy to wear them out and those impulsive buys were just stuff I liked but I didn't know how to pull it off and thus risk looking like a complete hooker.

But look what is on the Runway this season! Dior, Fendi, D&G, etc etc are all putting out sheer this season! And I love it.

And Paris Fashion week is not till next week! :)

I cant wait to see what more new things will be "in season" and if they are things I already have in my wardrobe!

It was my first ever sledging trip! And it is soooooo much fun!

I could only wish there was a longer track so I could slide down and down and down for a really long time! :) Infact if it never ends, that would be even better!

219. Café updates!

Its been such a long time since the last Café Run, figured I updated that tab bar :)

This was Food Story,

Somewhere in Birkelunden. 

Honestly I thought the brownie was mediocre. The Cocoa was good though!

Very nice ambience, weird location, but not exactly one that I would recommend. 

There is a bit of a funny story behind this Café trip. Basically, the four of us. Jens, Rona, Marius and I was supposed to attend a concert in Oslo. But because of some "error in planning" *cough my error cough*

We went all the way to Oslo only to find out that tickets were sold out! :( 

Typical isn't it. 

So there we were in Oslo with nothing else to do.

218. Valentines!

I left Magnar some message in the snow. :)

Inspired by Colormekatie, improvised.

Then I also made him something rather cool! But I cant show it to you just yet. *Cough haven't finish making it cough*

Oh, the little hearts can easily be yours with a bottle of kitchen spray cleaning thinggymajiggy. And some red food colouring.

Picture doesn't really do it justice. It looks really good under normal lighting. I can only hope it is still there since I did it on Friday and its been warm and cold and warm and cold ever since. And Magnar is not coming home from Leeds till midnight today. So he might not even see it till tomorrow.

Oh no, possible project fail.

In case you are wondering, None of my emolicious post is really about Magnar. It's so much more about me. And no, I don't necessarily want to talk about it either.
